Thank you for your interest, Karen. While I do not have access to the petitions, I can tell you that there is no way we can have too many signatures on the Kucinich Impeachment Petition.
Also, if people may have signed other impeachment petitions, those signatures will not be reflected on our petition. For legal reasons, we need people to sign the Kucinich Impeachment Petition for their signature to carry influence. http://kucinich.us/
Yesterday I joined the Impeach Bush Meetup Group in my area. I posted that there is still time to sign the impeachment petition, along with the link. Also, I added the link to the Congressman Dennis Kucinich Action Meetup group of Georgia, which I organize.
Then, I sent emails, individually to the members ( that way, I didn't have to wait for the moderator to approve them.
I again, sent last minute "sign the petition emails" to both the Georgia Kucinich Meet-up Group, and the GA for Kucinich Yahoo Group. Then, on the Georgia Kucinich Meet-up group, I clicked on "Organizer Resources" and sent emails to the non-members who expressed an interest in Congressman Dennis Kucinich ( many of them were members of the group at one time).
The Meet-up site allows me to contact only twelve non-members in twenty-four hours. Also, the Meet-up site allows non-organizers only twelve individual emails in twenty-four hours as well.
Oh, there is one member of the Impeach Bush Meet-up who joined the Congressman Dennis Kucinich Action Meet-up of Georgia because of my email and posting.
For those of us who live outside the Cleveland area, and in other regions of the country, what can we do at this time that would be most beneficial ( for example, phonebanking, blogging, etc.)?

Thank you for your support, Debra. Probably the phonebanking is being done from within the district. Anything you can do to get Dennis and our issues in front of the public would be good. You are also invited to participate on the campaign website discussion forum: http://forum.kucinich.us/
Hi. I would like to encourage participation on the Congressman Dennis Kucinich Action Meetup Group of Georgia Message Board. So, every member of this Volunteer Network, regardless of where you live, is invited to join the Kucinich Meetup Group of Georgia, and post replies and messages on the board, send emails, etc.
Hi. What I meant to write is that the Congressman Dennis Kucinich Meetup Group of Georgia has 49 members. However, at this time, no one else is visiting the Message Board, and only a very few of us are on this site.
If Kucinich supporters from other states would be willing to reply to the postings, or perhaps post a message, that activity may very well jumpstart Georgia Kucihnich supporters to do the same.
I have already posted this link on the Message Board. But I will do so again shortly so it will appear on the right hand side of the page, and stand out to Georgia Kucinich Supporters.
Most of the states had a Kucinich Presidential Campaign Meetup Group. The name can be changed if it still reflects the presidential campaign. However, once the group disolves, there goes our contact with all those Kucinich supporters. Whereas, if we can keep the Meet-up groups, and then re-activate the enthusism from the presidential campaign and channel that enthusiasm into the Congressional Campaign, the Congressional Campaign could see many more donations and volunteers. And, after the campaign, Kucinich Legislation could have much more support in the way of letters, phone calls and emails to Representatives and to the media.
Yesterday, on the Congressman Dennis Kucinich Action Meet-up Group of Georgia, I posted a link to an article stating that Jim Trakas, the opponent to Congressman Kucinich, blames daytrading for the current financial crises. In twenty-four hours, that posting has received 220 views, perhaps from the Trakas campaign.
If you feel strongly about this issue, or if you wish to show you support for Dennis, I invite you to post on the Meet-up Group Message Board, by visiting http://denniskucinich.meetup.com/319/.
hi Debra -
the office tells me they will welcome phone banking help from outside the district.
those willing to volunteer help with this effort can call 216-252-9000 to sign up to help when the phone banking work begins, likely in a week or so.
thank you!
susan
I joined a bit late for the Congressional Campaign but Dennis' work is never completed because he keeps working for the people. Let me know if and when you need my help.
Hi. More than 24 hours ago, I received an email that the Official Dennis Kucinich Meet-up Group in Cleveland would expire in 24 hours. Was anyone able to save it?
