Marcia, lots of great stuff in your "about me" paragraph. I am glad you see that the Fed is not working for us (but for the large banks that own the Federal Reserve, which is not an agency of the federal government and has very little in the way of "reserves" but otherwise is well named :)

I think you could have gone on, and I hope you would have named the IMF, World Bank, TLC, and other forces that are making the rich richer and impoverishing everyone else.

As I mentioned in my previous message, I don't see how we can get a viable 3rd party going under out current voting system. We desperately need to go to "preference voting" (also called "instant runoff voting") because then we could have 3rd party candidates that you could vote for without giving away the election. This would mean Dennis would not be "taking votes away" from the more progressive front-runner, as Nader did in 2000.

Marcia, Thank you for fighting for what is right. I believe we must change how we elect our officials before a 3rd party candidate has any chance. We need "Preference Voting" (also called "Instant Runoff Voting") to keep a 3rd candidate from getting the 2nd most popular candidate elected (as in the case of GWB, where the votes that went to Nader alone would have been enough to put Gore over the top, even WITH the cheating that went on).
